New Family Connection Chart
In the last release, Version 2.1, we added the new Family Connections field, and in this release, we have added a new Family Connections chart to plot the data you collect. Just go to Analytics > Demographics and it will be on that page. Of course, you can choose to add this to your dashboard as well.
Enhanced Duplication of Events
When duplicating events you can now choose to copy customized emails for that event or use the original master email templates. Likewise, if the event had Subtours, those can be copied. So much easier!
Lead Score
The two new fields added in the last release, Version 2.1, Future Siblings and Family connection can now be used when calculating the Lead Score for a student.
Selecting the Criteria when entering or editing a Lead Score, has been enhanced to allow selecting multiple values even if the field is a single choice field.
As an example, you can now add a single rule that acts as an OR function. For example, for Family Connection you can set if the value is Current Family or Past Family then the score is 10. So when a student has any one of these values they will have 10 added to their score.
Trigger Emails
You now have more granular control over when follow-up emails are sent. Instead of choosing between 1 and 365 days after a form is submitted, you can now choose from preset options from as little as 15 minutes to 7 days, even weeks, or months, along with a custom option for maximum flexibility.
This new feature currently applies as follows:
- Follow-up emails for the General Inquiry and Information Packet forms
- Event and Appointment emails; both prior and post-event start or end time
Edit Related Students
On the Student and Contact Details pages you can now select multiple related students to bulk edit any relevant fields such as Future Siblings and Family Connection.
Other Enhancements
-
- The button now has a fixed style when accessing Connect forms on a mobile device. This was due to an edge case where the existing CSS on a school's website removed the styling from the button so it appeared as text.
