Why is Address Lookup important

Enquiry Tracker uses the Google API to look up valid addresses as they are being entered. The feature is enabled in the following areas of the application:

• Signup Forms
• Contact Details
• Edit School
• Edit Campus

Whenever an address is being entered, a valid address will appear in a drop down list on the above screens,

Using Address Lookup

• Go to one of the screens above
• Locate the street address field
• Begin typing an address and a list of valid addresses will be displayed in a drop down list
• Select the desired address from the list
• It will auto correct and populate all other fields once selected.

Note: If the Text in the drop down is BOLD then it is a real address.  If a user starts typing a valid street name, but uses an invalid house number, it will appear as plain text in the drop down, but if that address is selected the street number will not populate since it is not valid.
