Overview
The Events Analytics section is broken down in several sections to provide statistics and charts for different purposes.
Set Filter Options
The filter will default to the current calendar year, all Event types, and all Starting Years and Year/Grade levels. Changing any of these values will alter all the charts and tables in the Events and tours section.
Key Statistics
The Key statistics provide a quick glance at your high level metrics for all of your events as set in the filter. Note you can change the radio buttons to display all, past or upcoming events.
Event Summary Table
This table breaks down the key metrics for each event along with comparing the Status of each student at the time of registering and today - a handy way to see how student have moved down the funnel since the event happened.
The ration of these two numbers is represented as the EPI or event performance Index. It is calculated as follows:
EPI = (# of students registered for the event)/(# of Students currently in Enrolled Stage) x 100%
Registered Attendee Statistics
This charts allows you to see how the number of students by status compare with parents/guardian and other guests that attended the event.
Student Statistics by Starting Year
This table breaks down the total number of students that were registered for the event by two key parameters
- Starting year
- Intake/Gravel Level
