Hiding faith-based fields
Not all schools need to collect and report on faith-based data when it comes to enquiries. You can turn this feature off so it will not appear anywhere in Connect.
Just go to ADMIN> EDIT SCHOOL and scroll down to the Optional Fields section and select No to exclude Religion fields.
Decline by Reason Chart
Under Analytics> Research, we've added a new Decline by Reason chart that will display the reason that was entered when a student was Declined.
Send Email
Based on your feedback, we have added a feature where you only need to select one Student in the Student List screen or Application in the Application List screen and the Send Email button will be active, allowing you to send a single email to one family
Other Features and Enhancements
- We have updated how you enter Google Analytics and GTM codes under Admin> App Integration
- We support a special delimiter, a double colon, such that when entered in the code field for a list item, only the string before the double colon will be exported/transferred. This allows schools to mimic a duplicate code when exporting data.
- "Include in list" feature now works for all lists that have editable list items
- "Name when at school" is now dependent on "Alumni of the School” question
- For multi-campus schools with long campus names, the text no longer overlaps in the campus section of the Edit School screen
- For schools that have international students, users can now bulk edit the international student field
