Overview

Not all schools need to collect and report on faith-based data when it comes to inquiries.  If this is not a requirement for your school, you can turn the feature off so it will not appear anywhere in Connect.

Turning off Religion

A School Admin must perform the following steps to turn off Religion

• Go TO ADMIN> EDIT SCHOOL
• Scroll down to the Optional Fields section
• Select No to exclude Religion fields
• Click Save

Note: If an alert is displayed stating that the value cannot be changed it will be due to Religion being used to calculate a Lead Score. To fix this you will need to remove Religion as an option on Lead Score.

Areas Effected

The following areas will change in your Connect screens

• Student Details will not have Religion
• Religion will no longer appear as a search option
• Religion is no longer an option for Lead Score
• The Religion chart will not appear under Analytics > Demographic
• Religion will not appear under Admin > Dashboard configuration
• Standard sign up forms will not longer have Religion as a field
• Religion will not appear as a list item under Admin > School Lists
