What is Central?

Central is a product that is used by School Districts and Organizations that want to have access to a rollup dashboard that provides key metrics for all schools using Connect in their organization.

What are the main features of Central?

Central provides a summary dashboard that contains the key metrics across their schools. These include:

• Rollup summary totals, schools, campuses, inquiries, applicants, enrolled and declined students
• School-by-school funnel metrics of the same numbers
• Simple way to filter school by Starting year and Intake/grade levels

Limitations 

This is the first iteration of the district rollup dashboard! In it's early phase, it has some limitations that are helpful to callout.

• Central is currently designed for organizational leaders who wish to view a rollup summary, but do not need to access school or campus-based information. 
• As of the November 2023 release, users cannot click into schools from the Central Dashboard. 
• Users need a unique email to access Central. If a user already has an email that grants standard access, they will need to use an alternate email to view the Central Dashboard or use the following workaround; 
  • Users can add a "+[text]" to their emails as a workaround. For example, a user with an email "[e-mail]" could create an email: "[e-mail]" to access Central.
