Map Layers & Boundary Files

A School Admin can now add KML files which will appear as a new layer on the Geographic Map. For example, a district boundary or catchment zone can be added as an overlay to indicate the area families should reside in to attend your school.

Appointment Enhancements

We migrated Personal Tours over to Appointments and we added more items including:

• Insert both < APPOINTMENT TITLE > & < APPOINTMENT DESCRIPTION > in trigger emails
• Filter by Appointment Type when viewing a list of appointments - so you can see all interviews or Personal Tours etc.

Other Fixes & Enhancements

• The Alumni Chart reporting incorrect results if there were more than one parent and guardian and only one was an Alumni. This has now been fixed.
• For both Event and Appointment follow up emails, you can now select an Audience option that includes all registrants. In the past you had to choose between those that checked in and those that did not.
