User types and access levels
There are 3 user types with different levels of access to the SchoolMint Connect system:
- A School Admin has the highest level of access. They can access the “Admin” menu. They are also the only type of user that can add other users.
- An Editor cannot access the “Admin” menu. They can view, create, update, and delete student and contact records.
- A User can access only the Dashboard and Analytics tabs. They cannot view or access individual student or contact records.
Furthermore, we have a School Representative access level, which is used when Check-in mode is enabled for events. This mode disables all access except for access to the attendee list for a specific event.
